“Time in paradise” We all enjoyed to stay in this beautiful house in awesome location on Kauai . House has everything that you may need , from stuff to bake cupcakes to soft boards , beach chairs and toys for children . During our stay we had planty of time to check the whole island and can say that Princeville has the best views , beaches and it is the best place to be on the island. If you have a car it's 5-7 minutes ride to the mist beautiful Hanalei beach or also amazing Anini beach. I highly recommend this property and want to be back here the next year !!

“Great trip to Maui” My family and I enjoyed our time at Ekahi. Loved the view from the balconies, and chairs and other beach equipment was there for our use. The property management was very accomodating and when we had one thing missing from the condo, it was there the next day. I think this is a great condo for a family of 2 adults 2 the layout offers privacy in the master suite and a pool, is just outside the condo. Just be advised, it is a bit of a walk to the beach, however, you can drive down and park. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Quiet and pleasant. Lovely pool and rec area at the beach. I would stay here again, just a little closer to the beach.

“Beautiful Home” The setting and view is spectacular. All the rooms were very nice. We enjoyed the pool table upstairs, although be careful as there is a flaw in the slate and the cue ball can go flying! The Sonos music system is also great. The backyard is perfect. Lots of pool toys. We enjoyed the evenings watching the stars. We did have a few minor issues. We had 3 adult couples and it wasn't clear that two of the bedrooms had a shared bath. The other bath was across the hall. We had expected private baths for each bedroom. The showers are beautiful but water pressure is minimal. Lastly, it seems that pool and hot tub controls are managed by the owner down below. The pool light would turn off and if you wanted to swim late, we couldn't find a pool light switch. Lastly, we didn't have heat in the hot tub the first day/night and requested help from the owner. No response. The pool maintenance person fixed it for us the next day. Even with these minor issues, I would recommend the home again. It is beautiful and has stunning views. We enjoyed the fruit trees, too.

“Peaceful and relaxing” We had a relaxing stay at this condo. The pool and common areas were well kept and our neighbors were polite and friendly. We did not use the beach access here but did drive to nearby beaches. The condo had some upgrades such as the large kitchen island. In fact, the openness of the kitchen to the living room was very nice. We also enjoyed the lanai for eating meals and for whale watching. Watching the sunset from the property was a favorite way to end the day. The amenities were improving with the addition of new washers and driers in the community laundry room. Some may find this condo to be more rustic than luxurious but it met our expectations within the price point as cozy and a nice place to stay after adventure filled days. A big plus is that this condo community seems to attract a very considerate group of people. It was peaceful and relaxing to stay here and our overall impression was favorable.

“Best family holiday we have had in ages” This is a really lovely place. The pool area and cabana are private and very user friendly. Beach in the morning and sheltered pool area in the afternoon, ideal with 3 teenagers. Bedrooms are spacious and everything works. We didn't bother with a/c just opened the house up and used the ceiling fans. Plenty of living space and room for people to do their own thing if they wanted to. Close to most things but far enough away from noise and crowds. It helps that Maui is absolutely brilliant. Andrew leaves you alone but is readily available to help with any minor issues. The kids said it was the best family holiday they have been on in ages. We agree.

“Serenity in Maui” My husband and I spent eight days at this lovely property, and quite simply, was the best house rental, and the best vacation we have ever taken. There are not enough words to tell you how beautiful the home is with all the stunning landscaping, yummy fruit trees,and great, private saltwater pool. The home is immaculate, and luxurious. Extremely clean, and absolutely stunning. Very comfortably furniture and great beds. Claudia, the owner is charming, and will be there when you need her for anything. “Restful Vacation in Paradise” We were fortunate to have almost two weeks to enjoy this lovely home located just a few minutes walk from beautiful Po'ipu Beach. We enjoyed hours on the lanai over coffee in the AM, and cocktails in the evening. Our long flight from the east coast meant our bodies were ready for the day at 5AM so we took advantage by observing the amazing stars giving way to the sunrise on both Shipwreck and Po'ipu beaches. The helpful hints inside the house binder gave us directions to some "off the grid" activities like waterfall hikes and rope swings - which our teenagers loved. (Bear in mind that the directions assume you're coming from Lihue, not the house - so plan your route accordingly!) The layout of the house is perfect for privacy whether you are traveling with teens or other couples. The house was stocked with the essentials and then some, which made our trip relaxed and fun. We didn't need to contact the caretakers during our trip, as everything we could have needed had been anticipated and provided for -the house was spotless upon arrival and easy to maintain while we were there. We can't wait to return.

“Absolument Magnifique!” Visited from the South of France in January 2013 and just loved it! These buccolic and splendid homestead, far enough from the heat and crowds of Kona, is set in the middle of rolling pastures, with a splendid view of the ocean! The cabin is rustic, yet refined and extremely comfortable! Chris and Carol have a wonderful eye for details and a great sense of aesthetics. The house is located near the charming and laid back town of Hawi which, by the way, has a gorgeous banyan tree, and a lovely farmers market under it, where Chris and his band play bluegrass music! It doesn't get any better...This is truly paradise!!!
