“Location, Location, Location!” The condo is just a short walk to the beach which we enjoyed daily. It's close to many great restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. We caught the bus right outside the door for travel to all of our sightseeing destinations. With a grocery store just a few blocks away we had easy access to the things we needed to prepare most of our meals in the kitchen. We loved having breakfast and coffee out on the lanai each morning looking out at the ocean view. The condo was clean and comfortable. The manager was quick to respond. We look forward to going back!

“Perfect little hide away” Janet was super accommodating during our stay. The access to bikes, snorkel gear and an outdoor hose off was great! We rented scooters and found the location to be perfect for both the White Sands Beach and the snorkeling beach. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for letting us have a late check out too! Saved us the hassle of sweating in the heat waiting for our shuttle!

“Beautiful, clean, spacious condo with amazing views and location” My husband and I stayed in this condo with our 2 boys as well as his parents. We found that we had lots of room for all of us. The unobstructed views from the 2 lanais were absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen was well stocked and we had more than enough towels and linens. ( bring your own beach towel though or buy some for a souvenir) Our boys enjoyed using the snorkelling gear. The double beds were a touch hard for my tastes but comfortable enough. The location was perfect for us. The beach was within easy walking distance and we enjoyed swimming in the lagoon as well. I would absolutely recommend this condo, we would love to return! “Great spot for a relaxing vacation.” This is our second visit to #307. We spent four weeks relaxing and unwinding. Jim and Sue made sure everything was perfect and kept in touch as the islands were in the path of Hurricanes Iselle and Julio, which fortunately didn't affect us at Kahana. We look forward to our next visit to Maui.

“Kelly's Property Description Is Spot On.” Excellent property in a great location. Easy walk to either Waikiki beach or ala Moana Park.Thank you so much to the owner Kelly, she always replied promptly to all emails and was very professional. I have to admit I was a little nervous booking something online but I can promise the condo is just like the pictures. Everything was clean and spotless and the murphy bed was very comfy, the beautiful kitchen is full equiped. Thanks again Kelly and we can't wait to come back again!

“Amazing” My wife and I used the cottage for our honeymoon. Our stay was perfect, the cottage was well located on the best side of the island with shopping, food, gas and beaches nearby. The cottage had all the appliances and amenities we needed for our week stay. There are many places to stay on the island but this cottage is amazing it is your own little place away from the bustling overcrowded homogenized resorts. Our favorite town, Hanalei, was just down the road where the views, bay, beach, shopping and eats were all top notch. Reserving and booking the cottage was a breeze with Val and Bruce, ensuring a worry free trip. I would highly recommend the cottage to any couple wanting to get away, but not be trapped in a resort! My wife and I certainly plan on visiting again. Mahalo Val and Bruce for the amazing getaway!

“Good rental in the hart of Kona” Well equiped kondo, very clean and perfect located in the hart of Kona. Biggest disadvantage is the small kitchen. The pool is nice and the whirlpool great! Parking can be a problem when you arrive back from a trip after 5pm.

“Great location!” We really enjoyed our stay at Elua Village 1305. The proximity to the beach was outstanding as was the sunsets each and every night. Three beds and baths with 6 people make life very comfortable. The unit could use some updates such as a new dishwasher, but all in all things were good. The only complaints I had were we rented the unit assuming twin beds in rooms 2 and 3 and one had a queen which put a person on a roll away and the over powering security. The security was over the top in that it literally pursued people. A father and 5 year old playing catch with a nerf were told not to as were several others. When I questioned them I was told they "pursue" this conduct. Why have a nice grass area if people get kicked off. Sorry but Al and co need to hang lose on things. All in all a very nice place.

“The view was fabulous, and we had a great time!” This was our third year at Kamaole Nalu but our first in #606. It is a very nice unit. We enjoyed the updated kitchen as we cooked in quite a bit. We recommended Kamaole Nalu to our daughter. Consequently, she and her family and our niece and her husband are staying in #606 at the end of June. It was a pleasant surprise to receive the very nice gift bag this year. We really enjoyed the treats. One of the best things about staying at Kamaole Nalu is Pat, the manager. “Well equipped and maintained, comfortable and easy access to beach, food and shopping.” This was my second stay at this lovely 1 BR condo in Kihei and I enjoyed it even more. The location is great, just across S Kihei Rd from the beach at the north end of Kamaole Beach #1. You can walk on the beach all the way to Ulua Beach if you want. The place is amazingly well equipped. All you need to cook and toys for the beach. This time, I even discovered two yoga mats in covers and two yoga blocks to go with them. Perfect for home yoga or taking them to the beach yoga classes that sometime happen. It is also possible to walk to good food and even the grocery store. The building has a great pool for afternoon cooling and laundry facilities are available on site. There is a bit of a view of the ocean from the lanai, but the general vista of palm trees and tropical vegetation in the neighboring buildings was quite nice. Never used the AC, screens and fans kept things comfortable. Finally the electronics were great, big screen and lots of music and video service choices.

“Exceptional home away from home!” Just as described, the kihei oasis is an excellent vacation rental. The layout of the home, furnitionings and it's convenient surroundings, I would definitely recommend staying here. The jacuzzi was a hit, but the real bonus was the little amenities that you don't really think of until you need it. I opened the kitchen cabinets and found foil, oil, shoyu sauce and lots of helpful seasonings. The bathroom cabinets also had additional body wash, shampoo, lotion and for kids too. Although we brought our own amenities, I'm glad you have them available especially for large families. Also a garage wall dedicated to fun in the sun activities, boardgames and so much more. Mahalo to the Morts ohana for providing such a lovely home away from home, We definitely enjoyed ourselves!

“Amazing, Spectacular, Beautiful and Highly recommended!” We arrived at night to Kona View and just the drive there was awesome! Once we arrived we were greeted by Randy and atsumi. The house was lit up and we could see the infiniti pool and some of the beautiful vegetation in front of the house. The house was clean and bright and modern. Our first morning at Kona View Estates was quiet and we had fresh Kona ground coffee delivered hot to us by Randy. The next 12 days were full of rest and relaxation and its finest! We will definitely be returning next year if we can!!!

“Beautiful Ocean Front Townhouse” My family and I enjoyed staying at Keauhou Kona #5 Townhouse. The Townhome was very well maintained. The two-story unit was very stylish with new granite countertops. We very much enjoyed the lanai and being so close to the ocean. The beach was not crowded and we saw turtles everyday. What I liked best about the location was that we felt isolated from all the traffic, yet there many nice restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls close to the townhouse. “A decision you won't regret!” We recently stayed in E-6 and absolutely loved it. From the ease of being able to book the condo to the great service we received from Mike. He was always willing to help with all and any questions I had with not only the condo, but our entire trip. The pictures do not do this unit justice, everything worked out better than could be expected! The beach is peaceful and only a short walk from the front door, full of beautiful fish and turtles. The condo is a very short drive from Lahaina and only a couple blocks from a grocery store. If you are looking for a great getaway with all the amenities of home, this is exactly what your looking for! Can't wait to go back and definitely will be staying at Kahana Sunset!!

“A truly wonderful experience that keeps you coming back.” I have done a fair amount of traveling in my lifetime and have chosen to go to Kihei, Hawaii two out of the last three years for vacation. This year, I expect to return again. This is the perfect rental, it can be whatever you want it to be. In the morning we sit outdoors having coffee, watching the ocean glicin, people surfing and whales jumping. The accomodation is centrally located you can walk the beaches,swim in the pool outside your door or walk to the shops and restaurants. The accomodations are great and there are so many modern features and amenities. It is more than I ever expected and the price is reasonable. Carolyn is one of the best managers/hostess. Carolyn is very friendly and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure that her vacationers' have what they like and more! I would recommend this condo to everyone, but please don't take my spot!
