“Best family holiday we have had in ages” This is a really lovely place. The pool area and cabana are private and very user friendly. Beach in the morning and sheltered pool area in the afternoon, ideal with 3 teenagers. Bedrooms are spacious and everything works. We didn't bother with a/c just opened the house up and used the ceiling fans. Plenty of living space and room for people to do their own thing if they wanted to. Close to most things but far enough away from noise and crowds. It helps that Maui is absolutely brilliant. Andrew leaves you alone but is readily available to help with any minor issues. The kids said it was the best family holiday they have been on in ages. We agree.

“Wonderful Time” We loved the condo, the only problem we had with the unit is it was too hot. The sun came in from 8 am till sunset. We love sitting on the Lanai but there is no sun screen to block full sun. The entire A building has this problem. We will only stay on B side from now on. Other than that it was wonderful.

“Great Getaway!!” I loved unit 1105 at The Palms. It was totally updated and very clean. The beach chairs and boogie boards were nice to have. Loved the quiet nature of the Palms and the proximity to all of the beautiful beaches!!

“Great place to stay for the price” We loved the location and views from our units. The pool was warm and quite nice despite having many restrictions. The units were clean and nice looking however many of the amenities promised (ie. beach equipment) were not in good enough shape to even be useful. If you are advertising these amenities, they should be in decent shape (both beach umbrellas were broken and the cooler bag was so beat up it leaked water all over the place). The property managers skimped on some of the simple things like providing more than a couple of garbage bags and rolls of toilet paper or making sure the light bulbs were new (3 went out during our 10day stay). The garbage disposal in one unit was broken altogether and the screen door in the other had no handle from the outside (a big problem if you go outside and close the door behind you). The rental agency was difficult to reach but did eventually come and replace the light bulbs. All in all we had a good stay but these little things would make a big difference.

“E for excellent at Waipouli Beach Resort E406” In a nutshell, this rental was first rate! The place was clean, bed was comfortable, the furniture not dated, the view was stunning, and the pool was sweet. Centrally located with easy access to all the Kauai sites in the north and south. Safeway and Starbucks located directly across the street made getting groceries and coffee mighty convenient. REMAX did an outstanding job with this rental. We were very, very impressed and highly recommend E406.

“Hot at night” The first night was great. But the next morning when we left the condo, we followed instructions to turn the air down and it was never the same after that. We made sure the doors were shut tight. It took about 2 hours for the rooms to get down to a comfortable temp and every night we slept with no covers on because it was too hot. Seems like the air needs to be checked. We were afraid to leave our sliders open even for a little bit becuse it took so long to get the rooms back to a comfortable temp. Also, I see no reason that the kids can't use a kid-sized floaty ring in the pool and I even saw a man sipping a soda at 10 in the morning get reprimanded and told to take his beverage out. The pool was too strict this time making it kid and family-unfriendly. Also, it would be nice if the landscapers with their mowers and blowers could work around the pool hours. We used the pool exactly 1x during our stay. :(

“Best experience ever in USA. Loved every minute of our stay.” #51 @ #48 condos were by far even better than the reviews and pictures described. My family from Canada and myself were truly impressed by the attention to detail and how well the units were presented. From the moment we walked in til the moment we left, we felt right at home with absolutely everything we could have needed or wanted to make our vacation complete.

“Time in paradise” We all enjoyed to stay in this beautiful house in awesome location on Kauai . House has everything that you may need , from stuff to bake cupcakes to soft boards , beach chairs and toys for children . During our stay we had planty of time to check the whole island and can say that Princeville has the best views , beaches and it is the best place to be on the island. If you have a car it's 5-7 minutes ride to the mist beautiful Hanalei beach or also amazing Anini beach. I highly recommend this property and want to be back here the next year !!

“A breath of fresh air” I have stayed at many different rentals never knowing if the pictures show what the condo really looks like. This rental was exactly what was shown and more! “Great location at an affordable price!” This little condo was perfect for our needs. The location served as the perfect place for me to experience Waikiki for the first time. Just a short walk to Waikiki beach, Dukes, Island Vintage coffee, and shopping. We really only used the room for showers and sleeping (3 days 2 nights) so the size was just fine. If the stay was longer I would have preferred a more conventional kitchen with a range but we ended up eating out for the most part. Mark was great, very accessible by phone and took care of a little hiccup with the cleaner timely and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again for short trips to Waikiki!

“BEST VACATION EVER !!!!!!!” It was a great rental had everything we needed and more. The location was the best. Pool spa BBQ area for lots of family fun. “Wonderful stay in the perfect home. Great golf and beach locatio” My friends and I stayed in this high-end well-appointed home while we were on Maui. Our main purpose was to fit in as many games of golf as possible as our wives shopped and relaxed by the pools and enjoyed the beaches. This plan worked out perfectly since we were located right on golf course and a short walk from the beach. Everyone was more than happy with our accommodations and being able to rent a spacious home in the center of a luxury resort was ideal. This home was an exceptional value when you consider that most of the hotel rooms in the Wailea/Kihei area go for the same price for just one room. Everyone in our group felt as though this was our own home in Maui and we expect we will return again as soon as we can. “Kihei Private Home” Wanted to try "villa" living on Maui and this was spectacular! Private, modern, fully equipped and right on the beach. Easy to get to anyplace on Maui. Able to but local seafood and vegetables and cook great meals rather than dine out every night. There was nothing we wanted for and will likely return again!
