“Fantastic Kam Sands Condo!!!” We have stayed at Kamaole Sands a number of times now, and this is the best unit that we have found. The condo if very nicely upgraded, it has been very well maintained, and Joe and Gee have taken great care to make sure that it is fully stocked with all that you might need. “Absolutely Awesome!!!” Words cannot describe how much we loved our stay! From the lovely ocean view, the sound of the waves, the well stocked supplies (everything you could think of),the friendly and helpful hosts, the gorgeous weather, to the relaxation and rejuvenation we enjoyed, this place is wonderful. The only negative thing we could think of was that there was no way to slow down the time so we could enjoy it longer! We explored most of the Big Island, but this was one of our favorite spots. We celebrated our 10th anniversary here and would love to come back and revisit some of the many beautiful places we discovered. We spent many hours watching and listening to the waves, watching for and seeing whales, and experiencing the ocean. Another highlight was kayaking across the bay with many, many dolphins swimming all around us! If you have a chance, I highly recommend booking this place!

“Every detail taken care of...” We loved the Maui Sands condo, it was completely perfect for us.Every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of that we really didn’t have to worry about a thing. From the provided cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella, to the snorkel gear and ocean shoes. Almost every time it occurred to us that we needed something, we found it in the condo. The complex grounds were so well maintained and quiet. We used the grill one night, as well as the lovely pool. The availability of recycling was very important to us, we really appreciated that. The beds and linens were very comfortable and tasteful. We also really appreciated the Condo Manual – it answered every question we could possibly have. Beautiful place to stay! It's not every morning you get to have coffee while watching the whale show - but that's the norm here. Ryan was also wonderful to work with throughout our whole planning phase, and into the week of our vacation. Very easy to communicate with and helpful.

“I would love to come back here!” Our part of six (all adults) had a fabulous time staying in this home. It was very comfortable and everything one could think of was provided. Not only did we save a ton of money on accommodations (we would have had to rent three hotel rooms and probably pay for internet service) but we also had breakfast at "home" everyday and we barbecued one evening. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment including a coffee maker and there were lots of spices in the cabinet. Our suggestion is to top by the Costco by the airport before checking in and stock up on breakfast supplies and beverages. We took one of the colors and an ice pack with us every day. Detergent was also provided for the washing machine which was very much appreciated. Everyone was able to get up, or go to bed at their own pace, or hang out in the living room. No need to knock on doors to see if someone was ready to leave! If you are an animal lover this location is one of the best on the island as the sea turtles are only a few hundred yards away. Grab the boogie boards out of the garage and hit the beach. You don't have to walk far! Restaurants and shops are also nearby. Honestly, I would not have been as happy anyplace else.

“Whales and turtles from the lanai” Had a fantastic relaxing time at sunset shores. An older condo, but kept up very nicely. Well appointed kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas. Easy parking. And a nice West Maui location. Helpful owner. But the real star is the view. Easy to while away hours on the lanai sipping cocktails and watching the whales go by. Truly spectacular. I almost hesitate giving this review for fear that it will be harder to book in future years. Really nice place.

“Perfect Stay in Paradise!” Tracy's condo was perfect for our 30th wedding anniversary stay! We would not stay anywhere else on Maui except in one of Tracy's amazing rentals! The condo has a great location (across from the beach) and close to restaurants and shops. It is brightly decorated with happy cheerful colors and special touches! It was like a ray of sunshine! Both my husband and I loved the fact that the condo was well supplied --- everything from shampoo to an ice cooler and more. Tracy has thought of everything you need for a terrific stay --- even electric candles! The bed was so comfortable and relaxing! Tracy's binder on the coffee table was full of tips for a great vacation as well as menus from area restaurants. We loved seeing the large sea turtles swimming in the lagoon section at the beach across the street. The property is extremely clean and well maintained and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi at the condo as well. We were sorry to leave and return home. We can't wait to return to stay again at one of Tracy's Tropical Treasures condos! We enjoyed it so much that I have recommended it to a recently engaged friend for her honeymoon. Thank you Tracy for providing such wonderful accommodations and making our 30th wedding anniversary so memorable! We will definitely be back!

“The best...” Thank you to the owners for supplying us with everything we could possibly require for a beach vacation. Your attention to detail is exceptional. The use of the beach towels to the usage of snorkel and surf gear made the difference. Just meant one less thing for us to worry about. Your home is the cleanest ... “Hale Kameole #309 - A great find!!” We ust returned from a glorious holiday to Maui (10 days) and the Molokai (4 days). This is our 7th trip to the Islands, and I fall more in love every time! Maui had last been a destination in 1995 and although we found a lot of changes - much has stayed the same. We stayed, for the first time, in #309 (Hale Kamaole) - a 3rd story condo with an ocean view - renting the unit through Vrbo. This was a very clean and well appointed condo and allowed the four of us (2 couples) ample room and comfotable surroundings. The owner (Brenda) was easy to deal with and always helpful and honest. We loved so much about this location - it's proximitiy to Kamaole 3 Beach (right across the road, and a really great beach in it's own), shopping, dining and, of course, the beaches in Wailea (Ulua and Big Beach). The condo was extremely clean and...well, comfortable - the kind of place that you're anxious to return to after a long and tough day of beaching or shopping. Do not think we missed having cocktails on the lanai one day, watching the sun go down to the tunes of other residents performing their "conch" ceremony (not to be missed). We all loved this place, and would not hesitate to stay here again.

“Peaceful and relaxing” We had a relaxing stay at this condo. The pool and common areas were well kept and our neighbors were polite and friendly. We did not use the beach access here but did drive to nearby beaches. The condo had some upgrades such as the large kitchen island. In fact, the openness of the kitchen to the living room was very nice. We also enjoyed the lanai for eating meals and for whale watching. Watching the sunset from the property was a favorite way to end the day. The amenities were improving with the addition of new washers and driers in the community laundry room. Some may find this condo to be more rustic than luxurious but it met our expectations within the price point as cozy and a nice place to stay after adventure filled days. A big plus is that this condo community seems to attract a very considerate group of people. It was peaceful and relaxing to stay here and our overall impression was favorable.

“Wonderful time!” My husband and I had the opportunity to spend 10 days at Tracy's place and loved everyday! She has stocked everything needed to make it a worry free vacation. It was wonderful to watch the sunset each night from our place. Also, there are a bunch of delicious places to eat at nearby. It was nice to be able to bring home leftovers, to enjoy the next day.
