“Property Management company and resident Manager.” Property management company was supportive and provided very helpful concierge information. Was responsive to simple issue that arose and very professional and pleasant. The resident manager at the building was friendly and very informative. A great experience all around.

“Paradise Found at #303” Clean Great location, great service by staff, ample parking, lovely pool, everything you need in a condo away from home. Comfy bed, great views. We will definitely rent again. Mahalo!

“We love the whales” This is a really nice condo. Great views and nicely remodeled. It needs a new frig and toaster. Bathrooms and kitchens are great!!

“Great Place to Stay” The place was newly remodeled. What you see on the pictures is what you get, not less. The view is great and if you have little kids the little beach in front is perfect for them. We loved it and we will definitively recommend to everybody.

“June in maui” We went to kihei for my husbands birthday. We stayed in kihei beach 506. Everything was wonderful and the condo was very clean. We loved the location. We were very happy being directly on the beach and loved sitting on the deck. The best part was we slept so good on that wonderful bed. I definitely would stay there again if we go back to Maui. “Excellent! Excellent! excellent!” We have stayed in Unit #110 in 2013 and 2014 and we are already looking at our calendar for 2015 - the staff at ali'i Resorts are the best - from the time you call for a quote to the day you have finished your vacation they are there for you - the cleaning staff are excellent as well - this is a cement building so you do not hear anyone upstairs or beside you - being an end unit you have more privacy when eating outside on your lanai - if you need some shade this unit has a beautiful big palm tree to sit under right in front of your unit next to the ocean - this unit is located just off the highway coming from the airport and is centrally located for shopping including groceries - at Foodlands make sure you ask for a free customer card and you receive 10% off all your groceries - it never expires and we use our year after year - right across the street from the condo is a fruit and vegetable fresh market as well as an aBC store that is open until 11 PM every night if you have run out of milk, eggs, beer etc. The only thing that we mentioned to ali'i Resorts on this current trip is the matresses on the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom should be changed soon as they are not as firm as they used to be - the matress in the 1st bedroom is new and excellent - what we totally enjoy is the tranquility of the property and the cleanliness and the value for what you receive - my husband and I have very busy lives here at home and so it is sure nice to relax and have the ocean right there - you can't go wrong in renting this Unit.

“Amazing” This condo is great -- location is great, condo was perfect for our vacation. Everything you need for your vacation is in the condo. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

“Kihei Condo at Sugar Beach by Alii Resorts” Great property. Beach at your lanai back door. Easy access. Fully furnished with all utensils. Wonderful having breakfast on the lanai patio, listening to the waves and walking out 30 yards to the ocean.

“Would stay here again without hesitation” Great beach/water location. Loved being able to sit on the Lanai and see whales, dolphins and hear the waves and yet high enough that had complete privacy from anyone on the beach. Great location on Maui (central) which was great for getting to/from other activities. The condo provided our family of 5 with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. Everything was as expected. The unit is on the 5th floor at the end of the complex away from the elevator so you either use the 5 flights off stairs or a walk from the elevator (but this also gives the privacy). The only two items I would recommend that could be improved were that that the oven took 45 minutes to pre-heat to 400 degrees (minor given that we only used it twice) and it would be nice to have a few water toys included for the kids to use, given that it was such a great beach location. We spent quite a bit of time in the water right in front of the place and it would have been nice for the kids to have a few water toys such as a boogie board, paddle board, or mask and snorkel. This was our first trip to Maui and we are completely happy with this unit and would stay here again.

“Every detail taken care of...” We loved the Maui Sands condo, it was completely perfect for us.Every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of that we really didn’t have to worry about a thing. From the provided cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella, to the snorkel gear and ocean shoes. Almost every time it occurred to us that we needed something, we found it in the condo. The complex grounds were so well maintained and quiet. We used the grill one night, as well as the lovely pool. The availability of recycling was very important to us, we really appreciated that. The beds and linens were very comfortable and tasteful. We also really appreciated the Condo Manual – it answered every question we could possibly have. Beautiful place to stay! It's not every morning you get to have coffee while watching the whale show - but that's the norm here. Ryan was also wonderful to work with throughout our whole planning phase, and into the week of our vacation. Very easy to communicate with and helpful.

“Paradise!” Our stay in 427 Sugar Beach Resort was awesome! Beautiful, comfortable condo that was very clean and well stocked. Having free long distance to Canada was a real bonus for us, we were able to call home everyday!

“Paradise Found” Thank you for providing a beautiful condo for us to stay in. The unit was in the perfect location at the resort. We loved seeing the lights from the garden pool outside of our bedroom at night. The furnishings are absolutely beautiful and the unit was very clean! We loved the spa shower! We could not have asked for a more perfect place to spend our vacation. We only wish that we had booked a longer trip. We will definitely be back. We really appreciated your recomendations on where to eat and what to see while visiting Maui. Star noodle is our new favorite restaurant! The location of the resort itself was perfect. We loved being able to walk to new restaurants every night, except for the nights we cooked in! We really enjoyed the Bbq's and the fully stocked kitchen. We were also able to find free parking every night on the street out front. Thank you again for lettings us stay in your beautiful condo, we will be back!

“Great condo, Great Location!” Great condo, great location! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently returned home from a 10 day stay at Papakea G-407! I wish I could have stayed forever! The condo is in a great location convenient to several gorgeous beaches and a short drive to Lahaina town. We had all the conveniences needed to prepare meals in and enjoyed dinner on the lanai several evenings with a beautiful sunset! Anne provided a great deal of information on the area as well as helpful hints for shopping, sightseeing, etc. The grounds at Papakea are absolutely beautiful! There are two great pools as well as two large jacuzzis. We will definitely return to this condo on our next visit to beautiful Maui! Thank you, Anne and Wes for sharing your home with us! “Home away from home.” My third time staying at the condo. Love the location right next to the Whaler's Shops, great value and the beautiful beach just a few steps away from your balcony. Every time I call Larry to make my reservations he is very courteous and helpful. Always a great vacation!!!

“Excellent Condo for the Money” When we reserved the condo we got three very informative emails in reply letting us know about check in-check out procedures, nearby restaurants, car rentals, activities in Maui, etc., so that was very helpful. When we got there we found the condo very clean with plenty of comfortable furnishings. There is no A/C but we found that if we opened the windows and turned on the fans in the evenings, the condo stayed very comfortable. It did not get too hot in the middle of the day. Kevin's policy of marking refrigerator items with the date of purchase is brilliant and renters to save on the cost of condiments and other little items. The pantry was full of staples too, so if you forgot to get something at the store, you will likely find it in the cupboard! Kevin keeps the bathroom medicine cabinet, linen closet and bedroom closets stocked with everything else you may need - boogie boards, sand toys, snorkel equipment, pool noodles, laundry detergent, bleach, bandages, antibacterial ointment, sunscreen, linens, beach towels, duct tape, you name it! The only thing we needed but couldn't find was a pair of scissors, but we got by! FYI, there is no dishwasher, so you will have to wash the dishes by hand. The location is very nice. It is in a part of town where you can walk to restaurants, a natural (but vegetarian) market, coffee shop, shave ice store, surf shop, etc. Plus it is a bout a 5-10 minute drive north of Lahaina if you need more in terms of shops and restaurants. Lahaina is also a prime spot for surf and paddleboard lessons and for hiring a boat for deep sea fishing, among other activities. The condo is also right across the street from a nice, well-used (by locals and tourists alike) park and beach. The surf doesn't get real big here, so it was a perfect boogie boarding location for our 10 year old, and a nice fishing location for our 14 year old. Plus, BONUS PART, a sea turtle hung out with us one afternoon, eating whatever grows on the rocks just off shore and swimming around our ankles.

“Clean, modern, wonderful place to stay” When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and clean the condo was. It was like being home. Beautiful grounds, pool, and easy access to beach.

“Peaceful and relaxing” We had a relaxing stay at this condo. The pool and common areas were well kept and our neighbors were polite and friendly. We did not use the beach access here but did drive to nearby beaches. The condo had some upgrades such as the large kitchen island. In fact, the openness of the kitchen to the living room was very nice. We also enjoyed the lanai for eating meals and for whale watching. Watching the sunset from the property was a favorite way to end the day. The amenities were improving with the addition of new washers and driers in the community laundry room. Some may find this condo to be more rustic than luxurious but it met our expectations within the price point as cozy and a nice place to stay after adventure filled days. A big plus is that this condo community seems to attract a very considerate group of people. It was peaceful and relaxing to stay here and our overall impression was favorable.

“Wonderful accommodations” We stayed at Jean's condo for 2 weeks in Feb/March 2014. The condo was outstanding on the quiet end of Kihei Rd. This is a very nice condo with an island color scheme. The furnishings were comfortable both inside and on the lanai. There is air conditioning but you can get a nice breeze moving if you use the ceiling fans and keep the windows open. Everything was there for our use. The only thing you need to bring is a change of clothes, perishable groceries and a toothbrush. The cupboards were well stocked with almost everything imaginable including aloe vera for my husbands nasty sunburn. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a great advantage. The laundry detergent & fabric softener were provided. The kitchen has all kinds of stuff you might need including a mix master, food processor etc. We have made several trips to Maui and have never stayed somewhere that was so well stocked. The condo was very well cleaned without a speck of dust anywhere. The floors shined. The gardeners are meticulous. Not a single blade of grass was out of place. The area around the pool has several bbq's and an outdoor kitchen. The pool and hot tub were nice and didn't have excessive chemicals used. Jean was very attentive to our needs. She answered phone calls and replied to all emails within minutes. She provided a lovely gift basket for us filled with coffee, potato chips, chocolates plus other goodies. She has a book of information in the condo with recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. I would highly recommend this condo for anybody that needs a two bedroom. I wish there was a way to leave more than 5 stars because this place is a 10. Thank you again Jean for sharing your lovely condo with us. I cannot wait to go back. We will most certainly rent from you again on our next trip.
