Super modern clean compact and easy to manage comfortable studio with all the utilities we needed to enjoy our stay. Larger flat screen tv, stove, cooking utensils. Very comfy bed made my wife smile as she has back problems. Discreet and friendly owner were there when we needed.

A peaceful vacation on the eastern side of the Island.

Left on Sep 11, 2013 for a stay in September 2013

We stayed at this lovely house for nine days and we couldn't choose a better place for our holidays. It has a comfortable bedroom, a nice living room and a well equipted kitchen. We loved the spatious balcony/porch where we always had a breakfast. There were some lovely flowers blossoming just in front at the time of our stay. The house has a nice location - this side of the island is really …

Close look at Pele

Left on Sep 22, 2010 for a stay in August 2010

This was a very nice house. Very cozy and with very much light.

The view from the meditation room was great as one could see the glow of the lava flowing in the sea during the nights. Also it was great to just stand on the stairs and look up to beautiful skies with rainbows during the day and countless starts during the nights.

The kitchen is well equiped and the badroom is in excellent …

Relaxing retreat off the beaten path!

Left on Oct 17, 2012 for a stay in August 2012

My boyfriend and I were looking for a non-"touristy" kind of experience on our trip to the Big Island, and so we chose the Hilo side for lodging, specifically the area of Puna. About 30 minutes away from the Hilo airport, we discovered an absolutely marvelous, wild and lush jungle filled with adventures. It was a great place from which to launch our all-over island exploring.
I started …

Relaxing Suite Under The Stars

Left on Aug 12, 2011 for a stay in December 2010

A wonderful place to stay that puts you in the middle of nowhere with all the amenities of a luxury bed & breakfast, and a short drive into the central area of Pahoa. The hosts were wonderful, the stars were amazing (especially while viewed from the heated pool), and serenity was ours. Highly recommended!

Great Place to Stay!

Left on Jun 16, 2012 for a stay in May 2012

What a great place to stay for the price. The house is a bit of a drive because it's about 20 min. past Pahoa but it was so worth it. It allowed us to see part of the island we never would have otherwise. You must visit lava tree state park and the Kapoho geothermal pool while at this house. It is one of our favorite parts of the trip, swimming in 80 degree water with fish all around. We borrowed…

Like staying in a friend's house. It has stained glass windows in the bathrooms. Art is hung on the walls and the placed is furnished with a variety of wooden pieces. The home has lovely ocean views. There is so much to see in the area. The lava flowing down the Pali can be seen at …
